    H1B-Premium processing
    Hi

One of my client wants to apply H1B visa for me. In case if they are applying for the H1B visa for April 2007 on a "PREMIUM CATEGORY'. When can I start working in USA.

After I get VISA confirmed can I start working in USA immediately or do I need to wait until Visa processing for all the applicants is done.

EG: I am assuming that under premium Category the visa will be issued by May 2007, whereas in the Normal processing the VISA comes by November 2007. So can I start working since June 2007 or I need to wait till November 2007.

    Thanks

No matter what they use premium or regular. They have to file on/before April 1 (or march 31st, need to check that). Again, no matter what they use premium or regular; you are not allowed to work in the USA before October 1st.
