    H1-Bx transfer in India
    Hi,
    I have H1-B visa which has approved extension till Dec 2011. I know that I need to get the stamping done before flying to US.
    My question is:
    > Can I get the H1-Bx transferred to another employer and then get it stamped
    > Should I get it stamped from my current employer and then apply for transfer.
