    Green Card Interview
I just found this web site so hopefully someone can answer my questions and help out.

I came to the US as a F1 student. I met my Husband in one of my clases. We got married last year in July. Being newly weds we didn't have the money to file right away. I took my vacation time during the summer but did not go to school during fall semester. My I20 expired in December of that year. Even though I filed my papers in December I think I'm still considered going out of status so I'm a little scared about that.

We are very happily married. Have bunch of pics and have been dating for almost 3 years and know each other quite well.

My other big problem is that I didn't have money for tuition one semester last year so I worked off campus for 3 months. I paid taxes so it shows. :( I'm very sad about this matter and I don't know if this will make it so that they will decline me staying in the US.

I'm very scared because my interview is coming up in 3 weeks. What should I do?

Please help me out and advice me about my job if they ask me questions. I only made about 2000 to pay for my tuition but I still worked off campus which I'm not allowed.

Just go the interview and answer the questions that they ask as honestly as you can. Don't volunteer anything that they do not ask for.
