    Green card interview
    HI
    I HAVE LIVED IN CANADA Between 2005 AND 2007.

    2005-2006 : STUDİYİNG FOR ENGLİSH PROFİCENY TEST (TOEFL),Passed the test and applıed to the unıversity of toronto bachelors of arts ın Economıcs.
    2006-2007: ı started studying at the university of toronto but in 2006 November ı quit studying studying due to the severe financial problems.
    2008 june: ı have recıeved an winning notification letter from KCC that ı am one of the selected winners for DV2009.

    NOT ENROLLİNG TO SCHOOL FOR ONE YEAR DESPİTE HAVİNG AN A STUDY PERMİT.
    DOES THİS AFFECT MY CASE IN MY Green card İNTERVİEW.
    WOULD THE USA CONSULAR CONSİDER İT AS AN OFFENCE?
