    My future wife's visa status
My future wife came here in 2008 as she was married 2 an Englishman on a marriage visa but sadly she had married a complete alcoholic who was very abusive to her during their one year of married life 2 gether and because of the state that he was in almost all of the time and the threats that he had made against her with a pair of scissors and rape as well, then she up and left him about 6 weeks ago.
But he has now threaten 2 have her deported back to her own country of Kenya so what we really want 2 know if this is possible for him 2 do seeing that he was the one who was the caused of their marriage break-up anyway,so can u be as kind as 2 advise us what would be the best thing for her 2 do 2 stop this from happening as she is on a 2 yr visa which will expire October 2010 where she can obtain her full British Nationality.
Thanking you very kindly 4 yr attention drawn 2 this matter Michael J Hawkins.

She can file for ILR on her own as a victim of domestic abuse. Contact experienced immigration lawyer.
