    Filing h4 and h1 at same time?
    Hi Currently I am working on L2 visa I am going to file my H1 on October last week or November 1st week/ and my husband is on L1 and filing H1 at the same time and the company is filing my H4 also with his H1
    My question is
    Can I file my H1 and H4 at the same time?

    No, you can only be in one status at a time. If you are filing the H-1B, there is no need to file the H-4. You will confuse the case and may cause a problem.
