    Fiancée Deported
    My name is carise and I have a fiancée. we have a 8 year old together. He was deported 8 months ago for a old drug charge. He was also in the u.s for 28 years. He did the time and was released if we were to get married next month would he be able to come back any sooner.

    He has a drug possession charge so he will have to apply for a waiver provided he is eligible for one. You need to talk to an immigration attorney in person so he/she can review the possession charge (nature of drug etc.) and determine an appropriate relief.
