    Felony charge
My fiancé has a felony charge and was convicted in march of 2001 for aggrivated DUI. I would like for him to come and visit me in canada for a week or two . Are there certain restrictions againt him coming into Canada? If so, is there a certain process that he would have to go through before doing so.

Canada usually denies entry to anyone with a criminal charge on their record, he can contact the nearest Canadian consulate and check if he will be allowed into Canada, if they refuse, check the link below:

CIC Canada | Overcoming Criminal Inadmissibility

The information on the link has to do with how to apply for a pardon or be deemed rehabilitated.
