F-1 visa - Can I work on CPT from home?
Im on a f-1 visa, I have a job offer from a company but the position is at home (yes it is valid, legitimate company, I previously worked with them during OPT for my undergraduate program) are there any regulations against being able to work on CPT from home, I have not been able to find any official information on this, tried to call USCIS but of course I spent 45 min for someone to pick up the phone finally gave up.
Any idea or law against this?
