    Entry in US with 5 month validity passport
    Hello,

    I have USA Visa for 10 years. I had traveled once to US earlier. Again I need to travel in 1st week of Jan for 2 weeks and Passport is getting expire in May end. I would be able to travel without renewing my passport now?

    No problem.. you may leave US before expiration date of your passport, make sure you don't overstay visa. To enter US, you need passport that is valid at least 6 months.

    You can leave US as long as you don't overstay and passport is not expired. To enter US, your passport must be valid.. at least 6 months.
