    DS-2019 form where to get one
    I have a relative who lives in China, and want's to study in America, and no school in my area knows what a DS-2019 form is, and most do not know how to get one. I just need the form, so this person can go to a public school where I live?

    Public schools are not permitted to issue I-20 or what you called DS-2019, except on exchange program which is limited to 1 year only. If your relative wants to go to school in US, as a foreigner, he/she must go to private school.

    The DS-2019 (formerly IAP-66) is issued by a J-1 program administrator, not an F-1 DSO.
