    Divorce to a immigrant wife
I got married in 2005, a later we started filing for her citizenship.we need 3000.00 dollars,we put down 1200.00. Then I got a dwi, our money went on the dwi. So for a couple of years, we ran in money problems. We stared fighting a lot, so we both agreed to separate. Two months later I ask her to come back home, she told me no because my dwi stop her citizenship. I have been sober 20 months now, I keep asking her to come back. It's been 6 months since, I have seen her. I received a email, she said she wants a divorce. I offered every solution to save the marriage, she told me to move on. I told her I can't ,I love her too much. She told me she isn't coming back ever again, and she don't love me. I got the divorce papers, here at home . I am about to file a divorce, but what well happen to her.well she loose her citizenship, opportonty if I divorce her. What should I do, I don't want nothing to happen to her. I still love her, but she won't come back home to me.
