    Deported from us
    I was deported from us on a sale of controlled substance to italy I have a lawyer working on getting me back in with a criminal lawyer is this possible or are they pulling my chain it was a aggravated felony I lived in the states for 25 years and owned a house and a restaurant there and thanku lowtax4eva for your reply and I am living in germany with my wife and two children for the last two years my wife is american and I also have a ten year old living in the states and my whole family

    You need an immigration attorney... a very good one. This is one of the most serious issue that may keep you out of US permanently. The only chance is filing an appeal based humanitarian reasons. Not easy... but it's your only choice.
