    Declaration fee for second time leaving Ghana
    I California, and I have a lady friend who want me to help her with her Declaration fee to travel out of Ghana $7000.00 dollar is this true?

    There is NO such fee.
    This is a well documented SCAM!!

    Merely Google Ghana and dating scam and a few 100 thousand pages will show up.

    1. the entire cost of the passport and the visa is @ 300 dollars

    2. There is no physcial requirement or doctor fee to be paid

    3. There is no declaration fee

    4. The airline ticket can be done prepaid, ( although the airline workers there may not always be honest either and work with the scamers for a bribe.


    There has been TV specials, this has even been on Ophra it is such well known scam
