Cspa concern
Just want to ask regarding my situation,I'm from Philippines and my case was my granfather filed a petition for my dad under F3 category last July 2010 e received a letter that we need to complete the medical as well as the requirements needed in the interview.Last aug 2010 we had our medical unfortunately my father was diagnosed of tuberculosis he needs to comply on a 6 months medication he is the principal petitionee that's the cause of delay in processing our papers and last April 2011 he finished his medication but unfortunately our PD was not yet current. I'm just worried because I will turn 22 yr.old this July I've read a lot regarding cspa as well as the computation but the problem is I don't know the notice of approval because my mom misplaced the letter.I have the Notice of Action that was sent to us in May 20, 1994 and it was indicated there the notice date is August 27,1992 our priority date is 16jul1992.. What is the approval date?is it the notice date or the yr.we received the notice of action? I'm just CONFUSED
