    Counselor case in H1B petition
    Hi,

    I would like to file my H1B this year but rather in a counselor case... Can someone please explain about counselor case in detail.. I heard that in counselor case I can start my H1B start date as per my wish while continuing in OPT status, is that true?

    Please someone help me out with good suggestion with counselor case...
