Conditional green card divorce
I was married for 1 year and 3 months before I got my divorce we lived together for 4 years before the marriage we don t have kids together he asked for divorce he said he love someone else. Now I filed the waiver to remve the condition on my green card I submitted a lot of documents wedding & vacation album, joined accounts & credit cards statements, car registery, leases, bills that had both our names and affidavitte letters from our friends and I ve received a letter from the immigration service stating that the documents submitted are insufficient I am freaking out I don t know what else they need to prove the good faith of our marriage.
My question is what should I do now?
I really appreciate your responses thanks a lot

This question should be asked BEFORE you submit I-751 waiver. At the moment there is nothing you can do.. just wait for the result. If USCIS denies your application, get an immigration attorney to file an appeal... make sure he/she is a good one.

I am a US citizen married to mine husband by K-1 Visa. We have been married for 2 years and 10 months. We have sent in I-751 to removed his conditional resident in 1/2013. He told me that his boss need him to work in different city, the same state (TX) on 4/2013. 2 weeks later he came home and tell me he can not live like this. I'm not sure what he meant by that comments. I did everything for him, from cooking cleaning and tend to him when he's sick. We didn't have a fight, he live a good live with me. He came home one day and want to be separated. At first, to me, we were married in good faith but now come to think of it he married me because of immigration benefit. If I reported him to immigration office, will he get send back to his origin country? What will happen to me?

Nothing would happen to you, don't worry. No need to report to USCIS unless you really want to as he has the right to file I-751. Why don't you leave this to the concerned authority and move on.
Good luck.
