    Case from bank
    Hi,
    I am here ( UAE ) working since 2007 an company. My company is Suppliers Company. So I was working an bank. Last 2009 I get case from the bank and 2011 court given me clearance paper. Now I want to go at my home and come back again in another company. When they apply visa for me they found my name is in black list. So I don’t want, they don’t knows about my case. Because if they know about my case maybe they will not give me visa.
    So, can you help me. How can I dismiss this problem from immigration.

    The nearest I can tell from your post is that, you were working in the UAE, You went home and when you applied for a Visa to come back with a different company, the visa was denied.

    Your best bet is to obtain a lawyer familiar with UAE visa issues to see what help they can provide. If you blacklisted because of problems when you previously worked in the UAE, then you have to clear those problems.
