Dear Sir/Madam:

I Liza Ponte, A Filipino national and I'm applying for a temporary work permit in Canada and my LMO(Labour Market Opinion)will expire on February 4, 2012. I submitted my application package in Canadian Consulate in Hongkong last Oct. 26, 2011 and I received their letter notice for my medical and Police clearance certificate in Dubai UAE since I work in Dubai UAE March 2005-June 3,2006. I only make an explanation letter first when I submit my application package last Oct. 26 as still my PCC in Dubai is not yet release as the person who did apply on my behalf still telling me cannot release as I have problem in Dubai Immigration. I search people who can help me check in my status in Dubai Immigration and I get scammed. Reading post in Dubai City blog I see the name of a person that he can help check people who have a ban in Dubai so I ask him help. And come to know after sending money through Western Union amount of 266US$, he dis-appeared and nothing he did in my case.So, I let it be as its already happen. Since I have 2years contract to my sponsor and due to sudden death of my father I go home and did not comeback Dubai and I inform my sponsor. I didn't know my sponsor file me an absconding case in which I am Outside UAE.He did file a case to me so that he could bring another employee to replace me even I'm outside UAE and when I ask him if he does cancel my visa he told me "my residence visa was already cancelled". So I find a reliable lawyer/advocates to do check my status in Dubai Immigration and the findings is: My sponsor file me an absconding case and only my sponsor can drop the case as to the UAE Immigration rules. I did contact my sponsor but he is not answering my call and email to him, as he just all ignore. My question is does my case referred as a criminal even I am not really an absconder as I am outside UAE country the time my sponsor file me? Until now my name is in the system of Dubai Immigration and since my sponsor is outside in UAE as he is in USA he cannot drop my case as he has no plan to return to UAE, does it affect my application for a temporary work permit in Canada. I am very deligent in my work in Dubai and no crime committed only the absconding report of my sponsor make me suffered for long depression as I did my best to comply all the requirement needed by the Canadian Consulate. I just ask help for the lawyer/advocates who has expertise to make a letter of my PCC in Dubai and still I am worried for a refusal by Visa Officer if they will not satisfy all my explanation. Can you recommend me what to do as I'm hopeless in my application. I do all my effort to provide all genuine and complete documents and only the Police clearance in Dubai makes me hopeless as my sponsor file me a false absconding case in which until now still in the system of Dubai Immigration. I write the Dubai Police an email and their reply to me is to contact Dubai Immigration but when I call the Dubai Immigration only the customer service will answer and when they connect me to the Investigation Department,no one answer for long time. What to do to satisfy and convince the Visa officer that I have no criminal record in Dubai UAE, Does absconding case affect my application for temporary work permit?
