Can a juvenile record affect me to apply for the I-821 and the I-765?
Can a juvenile record affect me to apply for the I-821 and the I-765? Im not sure if I have 3 charges. I was NOT convicted or tried as an adult, but I "Unlawfully Used a Motor Vehicle', "Broke Into three Cars", and Stole Property Less Than $100". In order to apply, I don't need to have any felonies, 2 or more misdemeanors. I need help!
