    HI
    I am Parama Dasgupta. I came to the US on the 28th of may with my husband on an L2 Visa. But after a month of getting married I realised he is a chronic patiant of psychosis. I want to end this relationship now and go back to India next month. I am sure he will take steps to block my re-entry in this country. I want to let the immigration office know about this before he does. Please tell me how to go about it.

    You are on L-2, if you end this marriage, your visa will automatically be revoked.

    You won't be able to use L-2 visa after divorce, BUT if you have other non-immigrant visa such as B-1/B-2, you may enter US as visitor. He won't be able to stop you.

    I have one misdeamor was that I have a 2grams possetion of marijuana but it wasent in my posetion there was 5 more people there but since no one told who it was they took evryone and took me too I didn't had no money to pay for lawyer at that time so they still put it on my posetion that's all the criminal backgroung I got but I came here when I was 7 months old have my whole school transcript and graduated from high school have proof I been here for the past five years and now I am going to be 24
