I 751 remove condition pending more than a 1 yr.
    Hi,
I filed my I 751 last year in sep. 2007 to remove condition on my green card,
I haven't received my decision yet, I check on their site it only says case received and pending. I called them and got the same answer, I don't know what to do and what exactly going on, I stamped my passport for another year last week

Do anyone knows why this delay is going on,

Have you received Notice of Receipt from USCIS?
Have you received a letter stating that your case is extended for one year?

If you did not receive any of these, go to USCIS Home Page and make an appointment through InfoPass. Bring copies of everything you submitted.

    Hi lawanwadee,
Thank you for answering my question,
Yes I received my NOA last year in Oct 07, and same month I received my appointment letter for bio metric as well, that's it from that till now no response from uscis, it only says on their website when I check my status that case received and pending,
I went last week to uscis district office to stamp my passport for another 1 year extn. Stamp for I 551 as its going to expire pretty soon, and they stamp my passport for another 1 yr extn. Why they are taking so long, I ask somebody who also file same form this year in mar. 08 and they got approval in 2 months.
So I am still concerned about my case

It could be either administration error or there was insufficient supported documents on your case. During the past year, huge number cases were put on hold for another year. You should follow up more... in simple word.. keep pushing.

    HI,
    Thanks for reply
I called the uscis customer service number to inquire about. My case, what they do is take all the information about my petition and reply in the mail the same thing which is available on the net. What are the other ways to push them, If there were not sufficient document
Support they should contact me or send me mail so that I can send any document to them if it requires, but there is no reply from them at all.
What are the other ways to follow up, I don't even know except calling cust. Service #
