    What should be done?
I am a contract employee and work as an agent care representative of 150 agents. Co-worker #1 is a full time employee and handles administrative work for the 150 and works partly as an agent care representative.
I am seven months pregnant. Another employee over heard Co-worker #1 stating " I am going to rip that unborn child out of her" -talking about me. This employee found this disturbing so told me. I went to the person that Co-worker #1 said this to only to confirm that indeed it was said. She stated that Co-worker #1 was venting and stressed out. I have never had any type of harsh words with Co-worker#1. Nor has she ever acted as if she had an issue with me.
I have never encountered anything like this and feel very uncomfortable working around this person. I have notified my supervisor and we have a meeting tomorrow.
What are my rights and recourse that I can take?
    Thank you for any information

You can't do much. I know you are disturbed but it is another employee venting and that is all it is. If you don't like working around that person, then maybe you can be transferred. You are pregnant so you will be on maternity leave soon, right? It will all be forgotten after that.

    Really two choices,

    Report it to management

    Let it go

Personally I can not image anyone saying something so evil or vulgar even on a worst day. I would report it personally
