    Spouse working from home for an Indian Org on a Dependent Visa in UK(London)
    I am moving to UK on a Tier 2 Intra company transfer Visa from India.


    I have a query that my wife is working for Organisation (Software Oranisation) based out in India. She is allowed to work from home(WFH), so from work point of view her residential location (place of stay) doesn't matter.


    But, is it legally allowed that on a dependent visa, she can work for the same Indian organisation from UK i.e. getting salary in Indian rupees which is deposited by her organisation in Indian Savings bank account ? How taxation laws will impact her/me?

    If she is working for a Indian company,and all the work is for India Then she is not working for a UK company. If that company is in UK, That is not allowed.\
