    Harassment
    My boss tells people,"hes just a drug addict. I got him out before ill do it again. He also told a female tenant that I have a large unit.im married. Ihave many other varrifiable statements

    So you have a bad boos, there are lots of them BUT do you have a question >

    Telling someone you have a big apartment ? Telling people you are married ( even if you are not) does no real harm,

    Telling people you use drugs? Did you use to ? Is there any truth to this at all, illegal use of prescription medication ? Other drugs ?

    What he says has to also be proven to have cost you money.

    Personally it sounds like you just need to find another job
