    Fmla harassment
    What is considered harassment from an employer? I'm constantly asked what medications I take, who is my doctors and even told my doctor is "dumb as ", had my employer try to write me up for pending fmla days missed. I have even been ask to bring a list of my medications in to the company nurse so she could compare them to determine if they could have any barring on my medical problem which is chronic migraines.

    FMLA is for long term absence from work for medical reasons. If you are working, they can ask to see a list of all medication you are talking to see if it interferes with work. Also they can request information from your doctor.

    You can just ask them for the forms to give your doctor, your doctor can provide needed medical forms.
