    Is a civil no contact order searchable by an employer?
    I received one in Illinois. It does not go on a criminal record, but is civil. Will, or can an employer search for this?

    If it's on file with a Court, yes.

    Yes, all court records, civil or criminal are searchable, it depends on what type of search they do
