    What does nj sui/sdi stand for
    If employer deducts NJ SUI/DSI and I'm paid draw against commission, can I collect unemployment if terminated?

    SUI = Sate Unemployment Insurance
    SDI = Sate Disability Insurance

    If you are terminated and have been paying SUI, then yes - you should be able to collect unemployment. If you resign - then no.
