    Reference checks
    When you are checking for references. Should you use the same questions for each applicant/position? Or, can you ask different reference questions for different applicants, but it is for the same position.

    When you have a position that requires a university degree, you would want to ask for unversity degree, work history and specialties.
    When you have a clerical position, you would want to ask for clerical training and work history
    Different applicants/same position - Reference questions probably would be better for position.
    Unless you seek an applicant that will be better for the position in the future good luck
