    Racism in the workplace? HELP
    Hello,
I'm the entire HR department at my company (assisted and supportive living communities/healthcare). At one of my locations, there has been a lot of comments to me from several staff members about racism in the workplace. I've been told the staff has been "split". Ie: latinas vs african americans vs whites, etc.". This can't be tolerated, but I'm not sure how to tresolve this. Can someone please help with any ideas or suggestions?

You can do little or nothing without a formal complaint, except deal with everyone fairly. Rumors and innuendo do not make facts. Do you have more facts? Please elaborate.
