    How do I identify a topic
    Hallo,
    I am going through a MBA specializing in Human Resource management.
    I'd like assistance in identifying an appropriate topic for my dissertation.

    You look through your course curriculum and pick a topic that you feel you can properly address. It could be in conflict management, labor laws, diversity, business ethics, etc.
