Concerning a rather unusual employee discipline policy - comments requested.
    Greetings,

A local private college has implemented an employee discipline policy that seems problematic at best. It was announced as a 3 strike program - as in 3 strikes and you're fired. The devil is in the details.

The Administrator has announced that any student, faculty member, other staffers, or patients (the school operates several clinics) can inflict a 'charge/claim/complaint' against any member of faculty or staff. This was announced and 'implemented' without any guidelines or documentation. Seriously, it can be open season on anyone. There is (so far) no appeal process.

So far it seems that anyone with a grudge can and will file a complaint.

    Thoughts for fixing this?

Charge the Administrator with something immediately. I realize incompetence is not a chargeable offense but think of three things quick.
