    Can I pass a background check while on diversion
    I was suspended from my job for a charge of child neglect 2 but wasn't arrested nor am I convicted. I'm being offered pretrial diversion but want to know if I will be able to go back to work meanwhile as I'm com

    No, it will show up as the arrest, it is not until the diversion is over, but for health care , this is still most likely going to show up. Most ask if you were ever arrested, not just convicted.
