Messed up tuning, won't bring up menu to bring me back to factory settings so I can ask it to re install and auto tune, can anyone help me?

Have you tried unplugging it for a while and plugging it back in?

Have you tried pressing the buttons on the TV itself and not just on the remote?

Are you able to do any other functions with the TV, such as changing channels and adjusting volume?

What is the model number?

So when you press the menu button, nothing happens? Is there a menu button on the TV itself? Does nothing happen when you press that button too?

Make sure your remote is in the correct mode. This is usually either a switch that you move so that it is on "TV", or a series of buttons that you press labeled different things, make sure it is on "TV".

Check to make sure the remote is actually sending a signal. To do this, use a camera phone and point the remote at the camera phone. While pointing it at the camera phone, look at the remote through it, and press the menu button. You should see the LED flash. If you don't see any flash, then either the menu button on your remote doesn't work (you can test other buttons too), your remote is in the wrong mode, or the remote is not working altogether.

Also, do you have cable, antenna, satellite? Do you have a cable box? Are you using the original TV remote, or a cable/satellite box remote?

I can't change my TV using the source button on my remote or manually on my TV, all the other functions work. Any ideas?
