    If you mean picture-in-picture, then it usually involves pressing a "PIP" on/off button or enable/disable button. But without make and model and a more clearly stated question, I am only guessing. And this is also assuming you are talking about a TV.

    There are numerous home electronics that use/create/deal with pictures. ;)
