    Have a gateway 50" plasma that flickers. I've changed power supply and all voltages are right. It starts real bad but gets better, but never completely stops flickering.

I changed the outlets in my living room, one wall did not come back on. I then changed the breaker for that wall and still no luck. Any suggestions on trouble-shooting this problem?
