Can I tune my receiver/decoder to allow me to view TV stations from other areas
I am going to live in Spain shortly and the cable/sat decoder in the apartment I have recently purchased has South East England local programming. As I don't currently live in that area I was wondering if I could easily retune whatever

Is there a satellite receiver on the market that can access european satellite stations, and if so is a decoder required. I am based in the UK. Obviously I would need a satellite dish that can be remotely.
