I have started a home based commercial and residential cleaning business and would like to know how best to get more contracts for either one. I have just started going to Chamber of Commerce network luncheons and introducing myself in person to businesses in the area but haven't been getting the best results and wonder if I am missing something. Any help or advice would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance.

For the residential have you put together a flyer and taken it around to your neighborhood/s?

Do you have a website?

Do lots of networking, yes even more never stop. Talk to everyone that you can. If they can't help you directly they may know someone.

Read your local newspapers to see what businesses have opened or are moving.
