    Power of Attorney Forms
I sent for a packet from the government to become a third party tracer to HUD refunds. The packet states I must sent each client a Power of Attorney Form. I have looked at staples and different places that sell these forms but have been unable to find one that would work for a third party tracer. I live in Pennsylvania. Would you be able to tell which type of form I need to purchase and where to find the form.

    Thank you

Becca, I don't think it is being called the right thing. It may not be basically a Power of Attorney form, but a Third Party Power of Attorney form. If you go to Google and put in 'third party power of attorney form' you may be able to identify what you want, as I could not.
