Electric guitar not preducing distortion anymore
I recent had my guitar rewired by someone who I'm pretty sure knew what he was doing. However a few days after, the guitars distortion ability began to fade. I tried a different amp so its not that. The guitar has two pretty new seymour duncans. (an invader a some railed one) they both seam to have faded at the same time producing next to no distortion in my amp even when the gain is all the way up. What can cause this?

Distortion with an RCA-to-mini connection? [ 1 Answers ]

I play all my music off my laptop. Currently the arrangement of my living room requires that I use a 30-ft cable to hook it up to my receiver.
