    Sir
    I have my data in one excel folder and know I want to type another file of same data but this patron is not same therefore I need a formula. When I type one word others all words automatically pasted in the cell. Please give me the formula of the work

    place an = sign in the target cell, navigate to the first spreadsheet and click in the cell you want to duplicate. Hit return. This creates a reference and a link between one cell and another. Now copy the content of this cell into other cells where you want the data to appear, either in rows or columns. Data will automatically be transferred from one linked spreadsheet to the other as you enter data in the first spreadsheet
