The rate she gets money from part time job can be assigned to a variable, say m.

The initial sum, added the amount of money she gets in total for all the months gives the final amount of money she's got.

There are 3 months of work; so, the total obtained from the part time job is 3m.

    All in all, you get:

    120 + 3m = 795

    Does that make sense?
