I have a white rogers Thermostat, last couple days its fan is continuously running, Thermostat is at off and fan on aut position. What is the problem and how do I solve it.

I'm going from a simple comfort 2001 thermostat to a honeywell programmable thermo. What do the G, Y, W, C, & R wire codes stand for on the simple comfort?

I have a Ruud Heat Pump. The inside fan will not turn off when thermostat temp is reached. It seems to work fine in the Air Condition cycle, but not in heat mode. I have changed the inside Air Handler and tstat thinking this would solve the problem, but no luck. Any suggestions??

My Hampton Bay ceiling fan stopped working and won't respond to either remote or pull chains. Power is there. What do I do and how can I get someone to troubleshoot this?

Turn thermostat on too heat, it starts fine. When temp is reach, gas goes off, but fan still runs. Open the panel and swicth pops out fan goes off . Round thremostat dial. Thanks Jim
