I would like to know why my return fan will not shut off, or respond to the thermosta
My thermostat is properly set, the fan is set on auto and the system is set on heat but the fan will not shut off; it runs 24, 7 . This is the unit for the downstairs. The unit for the upstairs works fine. Can you advise on what the problem might be?

    Thanks
