I have 10-2 wire and a 30amp breaker. The wire has 4 wires in it,blk-red-wht-and grn. The welder has 3 wires extending from it, blk-wht-and grn How should this be done?

Have a york 90+ upflow 100,000btu natural gas unit, won't fire unless I pull the tube from the combustion motor leading to the pressure sensor and put a vacume on it then it will fire and cycle, any suggestions ?

Kenmore 110.60812990 240V dryer won't start. No lights, no buzzer, no drum turn, nothing. Breaker never blew. Voltage at the four wire receptacle is okay. Dryer is seven years old but used 3 times per day 5 days per week. (Family of five sports nuts.) I've checked the 4 wire cord for voltage....
