    There should be a complete wiring diagram on the goodman unit. Usually located on the back of the access door.

    Correct! But this isn't a conventional thermostat. Need to know where white and blue thermostat wires terminate??

    Unless you have a heat pump outside you will not need the blue. The White W terminal wire is listed.

    Where does the blue & white thermostat wires terminate on a honeywell TH3210D from agoodman MBR1200AA-1 modular blower with a 20KW heater element ? This isn't a conventional thermostat. Don't want to smoke the control board!!

    There is no "W" terminal on the thermostat. (E Aux Y G O L R B C )

    See page 4 of the below manual for your thermostat TH3210D Honeywell. There is a connection in the manual. Read the directions for 2 heat 1 cool applications since the blower is setup for a heat pump but you only need the electric heat part. AUX or E will bring the heat on and you can connect this to the W on the goodman unit. Make sure you also go through the setup on the thermostat instructions.
