I'm thinking it's a relay use under hood. My fuse box lid is missing so I can't tell which relay fuse it is. I noticed my fan switch for heat n a/c doesn't come on when turn on knob. Also Cruz control not working. Maybe same fuse. Anyone please enlighten me.

I just bought a new whirlpool electric water heater. I get no hot water from it at all. The elements are receiving power. Connected power waited 4 hours and no hot water. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Greg
