    Why does the unit keep going into rollout lockout
    The furnace lights runs for one cycle, then next cycle the furnace lights and goes out, lights and goes out, lights and goes out, then it stops

    The rollout lockout is a switch that you have to reset manualy so are you reseting it iach time it goes out. If not it must be something else.

    Are you getting falult code from the LED on the circuit board.

    I see you are on line now so maybe we can talk this out

    I know this is starting to sound redundant on this board, but, have you cleaned the flame senser?

    There is a reset in the middle of the switch, when I reset it shouldn't it stay engaged? The led fault code is 13

    Okay, so the rollout switch is tripping. This can be caused by high gas pressure(most common), or many other things. When it comes to rollout failure, its usually time to get a pro into trouble shoot the situation.

    On one Carrier furnace, that I could not find the reason for the rollout protector to trip, I called the Carrier people and they suggested that I put a little higher tempature switch in place of the one on it. I did this and it stopped the problem with no ill effects.
