    Why am I not getting electrical heat
    Dear Electric Heating Specialist,
    I have a Mears thermostat in the basement of my house. I have checked the electricity in the breakers, baseboards & thermostats but I am not getting any heat. Please help!!

    Test thermostat to be sure it is working. Then check for voltage at the heater connections.
