    What is the correct way to test an Inducer motor?
    Day & Night FAU, Model # 373LAV48075, get 27volts at R and Common. I tested all Safety switches and pressure swithc. Inducer motor does not come on. Is there a way to test the inducer motor? What voltage should I get at the IND Motor connection?

    Should get 110/120v at inducer leads when stat is calling for heat. If no voltage at motor, then problem lies before motor. Try jumping r and w on the furnace control board and see if motor comes on. If it does, then there is a problem is in the thermostat or stat wires.

    Thanks for the response, I have been in and out of the home; I did check the inducer motor leads with the t stat wire disconnected and with a jumper at Red and white at the control board, I get an brief OL reading on the multi-meter then it reads 1.30v AC
    I also tried a jumper on every flame roll out,high limit,pressure,and draft switches, tested all wires on the harness for continuity; still inducer motor does not come on unless, I connect the 120v directly from the leads going to the control board. (I already replaced the control board)

    Any other suggestions will be appreciated.

    Try this: open blower access panel & tape interlock switch closed. Listen closely for "clicks" from board. Apply gentle pressure to the square multi-pin connector near the center of the board. If inducer starts, board is likely failing. Inspect for melted solder joints, etc.
