Happy 4th of July all but me!! Lol
Last saturdy,we lost power to the house, when it came back on everything worked fine. EXCEPT... the blower on the ac won't stop running.the compressor and such cycles like it should, but the fan will not stop rgaurdless of the switch on the tstat{auto or on or off} So I craweld under the house to see what I could see, witch was nuthing. It is a circuit board with no relays that I can see, I unplugged the white wire from the xfmr position on the board,and the fan stopped... FOR GOOD. NOW THE BLOWER Won't RUN AT ALL,BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS OPERATING NORMALLY. WHAT HAVE I DONE?? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

Plug white wire back on, turnoff breaker for a minute? Try again.
If thermostat still controls compressor, then the 24 volt transformer is good.
I would go to blower motor, and follow wires back, test for voltage, see why no voltage,
Maybe apply power to motor to verify good motor.

OK The "trane" professional says it's the circuit board,$580 dollars and 3 more days till its fixed... any tips on mabey "hot wireing"the fan so we don't roast till he gets the part in??
And thank you stratoman, I did what you said but to no avail so now we wait... and sweat!!

Sounds like expensive board, I would get second price anyway. I would follow motor back to relay, if it can be isolated from circuit would be best. You may find problem.
Follow the blower wire.
Personally I hope that only relay latched, and then a fuse blew.
AC guy told me about 6-7k to replace my "Shot" Central Air System. Replaced $20 part,
Has been working fine for last 2 years?
The price may be correct and inline?
Most simply put, you have Big wires from disconnect, and Wires coming from motor.
There will be a par in between, clost to where they connect.
Turn off power, use a good light.
